Outlaw Country and Americana singer-songwriter Herman Brock Jr. also known in Holland as a blues guitarplayer and singer of his roots-band, The Eurocasters with Lizz Sprangers. Herman performs beyond his Outlaw-country and hillbilly band, also with his acoustic trio: Brock and The Brockettes, and his bluegrass band: Brock's Blue Grass Bunch. Born on the day Jimi Hendrix died, a fact that caused him to learn to play Hendrix style. At age 16, Herman Brock Sr. took Jr. along as a solo guitarplayer in the F.F.F.F. band, and so he learned the tricks of the musicians' life. He also got into songwriting through his father, because as Willie Nelson sang "You can't make a record if you ain't got nothing to say". Brock has recorded CDs in Texas with Jesse Dayton, Redd Volkaert, Mike Morgan, Hash Brown, Holland K. Smith and many others. Jesse Dayton recorded two of Herman's songs. Besides his own work plays Herman Brock Jr. traditional outlaw country, americana, rockabilly singer-songwriter and music.
